Deep, deep in the woods. Where there’s no sign of humanity, the space itself begins to rotate around with the everlasting piles of time as its axis, and gathering of unevenness makes one vast harmony. These are the landscape of how I feel in the deep forest. Taken with wet plate process, the image of a forest printed in the darkroom is cut into 30 pieces. Then, they are boiled in the soup of soils from the forest for randomly different boiling times, and reconstructed to express my experience. Welcome to the forest of overwhelming unevenness made by deconstruction and recomposing.
