'Passage' explores the fragility of environment and history, questioning our perception, memory and engagement with the land and our past; what’s preserved? what's forgotten? what remains? The images consider our interpretations of land, nature and photography itself, questioning how what we consider 'history' forms. The work questions these fragile parameters in which history itself sits , highlighting the ways in which we preserve, engage and construct meaning from the spaces around us.
