Former industrial district that contained coal mine, coke plant and iron works changed to a place with new life = a place for people to enjoy concerts, gourmet meals and meet with the loved ones. That was a change of place, a new life filled the same sceneries. Our region, our country, our continent gets through a similar change process continuously. People moving and looking for new chances. This was so true at the time when I made the photo series (with big imigration wave from Africa and Middle East to Europe), it is so true right now when millions flee or suffer from the aggressor army.
